Call termination / DIDs

What it is?

VoIP call termination service allows to make calls to public telephone network using your VoIP equipment.

VoIP DID (Direct Inward Dial) origination service provides your business with access to phone numbers in over thousands of markets in US and even internationally.

What will it do for my business?

VoIP telephony can lower costs, increase mobility, enable collaboration, integrate voice and data in entirely new ways, boost productivity, and give your company a competitive advantage.  Simply put, VoIP is making talking more affordable, businesses more productive.

ImageUsing DID numbers, our customers can create a "virtual presence" for themselves in various locations. Businesses, in particular, can benefit from using international DIDs to open virtual sales offices overseas and answer calls from their U.S. based location.

I would like to know more about it.

  • Long distance cost in continental US as low as 0.9c per minute.
  • Low international rates.
  • US DID numbers from 1$ per month.
  • International DID numbers available:
Mexico - 5$ and up, China - 10$ and up, Argentina - $10 and up.
Contact Red Square Technologies for other countries and availability.

To better understand how DID service works please take a look at the flow chart on the right:

Let's say for example your office is located in Las Vegas and you have DID number from Australia.

  1. Caller in Austraila dials your DID number (Australian local number).
  2. Call is received by DID service provider and converted into digital format.
  3. Call is passed via Internet to you and converted back to analog format using special adapter.

You can either connect analog phone directly to adapter or connect the line to your PBX system.
